I love a good bliss ball. They are a good snack, an easy breakfast, an after dinner treat… the possibilities are endless. I made these lemon bliss balls last week and they are delicious!

1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 cup dates
juice and zest of 1 lemon

I put it all in the food processor and then rolled into balls. Super easy and oh so tasty!! If you want to make them look fancy you can roll them in coconut around the outside.
