Welcome to the Clinic Dr Alison - Back In Balance Chiropractic

Some of you may have seen Dr Alison when Dr Paije has been away. Now Dr Alison is joining the team at Back in Balance. Dr Alison will be working on Wednesday mornings, while Dr Paije sees animals in the afternoon, Thursday mornings, and will cover the one Saturday a month Dr Paije takes off.

Dr Alison was a very active child participating in both sport and dancing. Her older brother would frequently persuade her into a wide selection of backyard activities such as cricket, footy and basketball. She experienced several injuries and as a result understands the pain and associated frustration. Alison’s personal experience motivated her to study Chiropractic.

Dr Alison Nicholls graduated from RMIT with a Bachelor in Health Science and Bachelor in Applied Science (Chiropractic) both with distinctions. She was honoured to receive dux in her final year of study. After university Alison moved back to her home town, Adelaide.

In her spare time Alison enjoys seeing friends and walking her golden retriever Erin, on the beach.

I have been seeing Dr Paije now for about 8 years. I have arthritis with chronic spinal degeneration and Dr Paije has helped me no-end with neck, back and shoulder pain management. Using various treatments, including dry needling, I have found it immensely helpful for arthritis and pain relief treatments. I could not recommend her more highly as the best practitioner I have had in over 25 years of chronic pain issues. I have also taken my dogs in and my friends with elderly goats have even had great results! Both Dr Paije and her team are wonderful caring humans :)
